Fayetteville E-Bike Company Limited Warranty

Warranty Coverage
Fayetteville E-Bike Company warrants every new e-bike purchased from our store to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for 12 months from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers the following components:

  • Electronics (controller, display, wiring, sensors)

  • Battery (including charging system)

  • Motor

  • Frame

What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, grips, seats, cosmetic scratches, etc.)

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or modifications.

  • Improper assembly, maintenance, or repair performed by anyone other than Fayetteville E-Bike Company or an authorized service provider.

  • Water damage or damage caused by riding in extreme conditions outside manufacturer guidelines.

How to Make a Claim
To make a warranty claim, please provide:

  1. Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

  2. A description of the issue.

  3. The bike or component in question for inspection.

Repairs or replacements under warranty will be handled at the discretion of Fayetteville E-Bike Company. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished.

Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Fayetteville E-Bike Company is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

Defective Items

If your product is defective or arrives damaged, we’ll cover return shipping and provide a replacement or repair at no cost.

Return Policy

At Fayetteville E-Bike Company, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your new e-bike isn’t the right fit, our return policy makes the process simple and fair.

30-Day Return Window

You may return a new, unused e-bike within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To qualify, the bike must be in its original condition, free of wear, dirt, or damage, and include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return label, with the shipping cost deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fee

A 10–15% restocking fee may apply to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing. This ensures we can continue offering competitive prices to all of our riders.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Clearance or final-sale bikes

  • Used or demo units

  • Accessories and parts that have been installed or used

  • Shipping

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) before shipping your bike. Returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
