We want you to be happy with your purchase from Fayetteville E-Bike Company. If for any reason you are not satisfied, eligible bikes may be returned under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.

Bike must have less than 15 total miles on the odometer.

Bike must be returned in clean, like-new condition with no damage, excessive wear, scratches, or modifications.

All original accessories, charger, keys, manuals, and packaging (if applicable) must be included.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the original purchase price.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Bikes with 15 miles or more

Bikes returned after 7 days

Special orders or custom-built units

Used, damaged, crashed, altered, or abused bikes

Parts, accessories, helmets, apparel, and consumables

Refund Process

Refunds are issued after inspection and approval.

Original delivery, assembly, financing, or service fees are non-refundable.

Refunds may take 3–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

How to Start a Return

Please contact Fayetteville E-Bike Company before bringing the bike back so we can schedule an inspection and assist you promptly.

Right to Refuse

Fayetteville E-Bike Company reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions above.
