Fayetteville E-Bike Company - Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

12-Day Return Window: Items must be returned within 12 days of the original purchase date.

Mileage Limit: E-bikes and other rideable products must have fewer than 10 miles on them.

Condition: Items must be in like-new condition, free from damage, excessive wear, scratches, modifications, or missing parts/accessories.

Restocking Fee: All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee or $150, whichever is greater.

Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Non-Returnable Items: Used parts, installed accessories, labor/service charges, damaged items, and special-order items are final sale and non-refundable
